Using social media too much: We meet young people, who in their short lives, have been through so much more than we have ever experienced. But all of us have gone through challenges in our lives and our faith has been a big part of coming through on the other side. Please feel free to consider or ignore this additional thought:

But ‘too much of a good thing’ can be bad for us. Most self-help web site will say things like “clean your feed” and ask who is in your contacts. This is why the roadHoG team want to point you to the below Bible verse because choosing what we put in our heads is something that is within our power to do.”
