Being bullied: We meet young people, who in their short lives, have been through so much more than we have ever experienced. But all of us have gone through challenges in our lives and our faith has been a big part of coming through on the other side. Please feel free to consider or ignore this additional thought.

I did this, because whenever I met them they would give me serious grief. I did this for three years! My biggest regret was not talking to someone I trust about it. They could have helped me.”

The Kidscape website has got some brilliant and practical help. But this verse from the Bible is a hug from God. King David wrote this at a time when he was under intense pressure from his enemies. Talking to a trusted adult is a very practical way of getting the support you need, but talking to God about it is even better.
