New bus: Over the past 14 years, local churches have welcomed and worked with 44,047 young people on the roadHoG Bus Youth Project and the inside of the bus still looks great! This is a credit to our visitors and their respect!
However, we need to replace this 34-year-old vehicle with a new shiny bus for 3 reasons; The under body work and engine are in constant need of repair, there are no more spares for Leyland Olympian buses and we need a more environmentally friendly bus. All 3 reasons will enable us to continue providing a safer place for young people on the streets and inspire a new, greener (and keener) generation!
We currently visit ten schools to deliver RE and citizenship lessons and nine communities to create a safer place for young people in the town of Boston and the surrounding villages.
In 2022 & 2023, an incredible £168,000 was fund raised to help us continue and develop this project and in August the new bus conversion started.
